This postgraduate programme in the specialized dental field of oral surgery / implantology is also open to practicing dentists without any prior experience in the field (e.g. GBOI).
After completing this three-year, internationally recognized Master of Science programme, dentists earn the academic title of Master of Science in Oral Surgery / Implantology and acquire a qualification that fulfils all European education standards and guidelines. The programme is well-proven and has already been completed by over 750 dentists. The Director of the Academic Programme, Professor Dr. Dr. Ralf Gutwald, is one of the leading lecturers and researchers in the field of oral surgery and Implantology, and the author of the most comprehensive textbook on the subject of oral surgery / implantology worldwide. The course of study consists of four eight-day modules, six days with live operations and a final examination.
